French Chef Perrine uses only meats raised on our farm to make a large array of Charcuterie. Classic family recipes crafted from locally sourced Central Texas ingredients. Terrine made from duck breast, orange zest, pistachios, and pecans. A French country pate that's been in our family for generations and has become a staple of many Austin families.  Smoked hams and bacon, unctuous rillettes, duck breast prosciutto. Sausage

Perrine's delicate palate and creative spirit shine through in original duck, chicken, and pork sausage recipes. Freshly made from choice meat raised on our farm, no sugar nitrates or preservatives... Available in pork casings or loose pan sausage. At least one batch is made fresh for each market and the entire assortment is available frozen.
